Veranda
Veranda is one of western Broward County’s first new, luxury condominium buildings. Veranda is part of a mixed use project which includes office, retail and entertainment venues to create a live, work play environment. The Veranda project mixes a precast concrete parking structure which is surrounded on three sides by a 6-story post tensioned concrete residential building.
