Trump Palace
Trump Palace, located on the Atlantic Ocean, is one of South Florida's tallest structures rising 549 vertical feet. The building offers unique architectural features not commonly found in residential buildings, such as a fitness facility on the 20th floor and roof top pools. The eleven-foot thick mat foundation was one of the largest mat pours in South Florida, sitting atop augercast concrete piles driven to depths of over 120 feet.
