North Tower
North Tower is one of five towers built by Coscan Construction located at the prestigious Point of Aventura, developed by Coscan Homes. This luxury tower has views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. The Point of Aventura is a highly amenitized community with over 1,100 residents. Coscan Construction took extreme care to protect the quality of life within this busy community during the construction of North Tower. Coscan focused carefully on staging and logistics, pedestrian safety, and protection of adjacent property, controlling windborne debris, traffic control, project cleanliness and material delivery issues.
