Nola Lofts
Nola Lofts is one of South Florida’s first true loft buildings. All units and common areas feature exposed concrete elements providing a “raw industrial image” for the facility. Coscan worked with its structural shell contractor to ensure that the exposed surfaces were of architectural quality. This was accomplished by changing the slab form material on each pour and closely monitoring the concrete placement process.
