Gables Marquis
Gables Marquis exemplifies all of the challenges faced by urban downtown development projects. This project located in the heart of downtown Miami, sits on a site that is sidewalk to sidewalk and within six feet of other operating businesses. With no room for on-site staging, all material deliveries were taken off of the delivery trucks and put into place. All other material storage was off-site. Workers parked off-site and were shuttled to work on Coscan shuttle buses. Public safety, protection of adjacent property, overhead power lines, among other site constraints were priorities throughout the construction of this luxury condominium project.
