Fontainebleau III is part of the historic Fontainebleau Hotel complex on Miami Beach. This unique hotel condominium is being constructed within an active, luxury hotel operation. This situation has required Coscan's on-site team to manage this massive project in a manner that does not disrupt hotel operations or guest services, while adhereing to an aggressive construction schedule. Virtually no room exists on-site for material staging, with extremely limited room for vehicular access and delivery of materials. Coscan has had to rely on off-site material storage facilities, off-site parking for workers and exacting planning for all material deliveries.
