Atlantic II is among five high rise luxury condominium towers within the exclusive Point of Aventura built by Coscan Construction and developed by Coscan Homes. Built within this active community, Coscan Construction took extreme care to protect the quality of life here while Atlantic II was being built. Coscan focused carefully on staging and logistics, pedestrian safety, controlling windborne debris, traffic control, project cleanliness and material delivery issues.
