Atlantic One was the last and most luxurious of five towers built by Coscan Construction at the prestigious Point of Aventura, developed by Coscan Homes. This high rise is the most elegant and prestigious condominium tower in all of Aventura. Coscan Construction planned carefully to assure that the 1,100 residents of The Point could continue to enjoy their lifestyle and community amenities during the construction of this high rise project. Careful planning and attention was given to pedestrian safety, material staging and logistics, traffic control and site cleanliness during the entire construction period.
